Elijah Fuller of Fayetteville, N.C., was active in the mercantile firm of Hart & Fuller, ca. 1834 until his death in 1853. In addition to his activities as a merchant, Fuller was a Revolutionary War pension agent and an assignee in bankruptcy court for Cumberland County, N.C.
